We’re a close-knit company made up of specialist consultants who recruit into business areas in which they previously worked.
Specialising in Sales and Marketing, since 2005 we have been working alongside major companies and SMEs, helping them with recruitment needs and providing valuable consultancy services.
Since the very first edition of Les Echos/Statista ranking some four years ago, Impactup has consistently featured amongst the ‘Best Recruitment Agencies’ in the category ‘Managers and Specialists’.
Our story
With extensive operational experience in the fields of Sales and Marketing Management, and General Management across different business sectors, in 2005 Pascal Larue decided to create a recruitment and process outsourcing agency.
In 2007, the agency became Impactup®, specialising in sales and marketing, and focussing on two distinct areas:
- Recruitment
- Consultancy services in business and sales development and organisation
Several years later, he was joined by Emmanuel Laquerrière, a retail expert with some 15 years of management experience working within international Groups.
They had already known each other for a long time, as, after finishing their studies, they had both started their careers as Sales Managers in the same company. They then went their separate ways, but always stayed in touch and regularly discussed the idea of working together again.
With their shared values, complementary strengths, and the desire to combine them, in 2014 they finally joined forces with a view to driving the agency into a new phase of its development.
Today, with the support of a strong team of consultants and researchers, they work together to oversee the company’s activities.
As one of France’s leading recruitment specialists in Sales and Marketing positions, including Sales Representatives, Sales Managers, Area Managers, Regional Directors, Sales Directors, the agency has continued to expand its operations and now has offices in Paris, Nantes, La Rochelle, Toulouse, Lyon and Lille.
